You may return items purchased from Patchwrk Clothing within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should also include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at we_are@patchwrkclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error by Patchwrk Clothing.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will aim to process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. Please note replacements are subject to stock availability.
At this time, we do not offer international delivery. All customs charges and tax is liable to the customer both on purchase and return.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description before making a purchase.
